Research – OK GO video

After having a open research task with our group someone had shown this really cool video of the way a music video can be created in just a few seconds and be shown in slow motion to create a longer video.

I thought the creative direction in this video was extraordinary and was a really creative way to make a video. I liked the way the explosion looked in slow motion and can not begin to imagine how many times this video had to be filmed to get it this perfect. You can also see that some photoshop and after effects were used but in a way that was really subtle.

I think that one of the things that could be used in my campaign would be the way the colours explode and how music and influence the flow of a video.
